Delivery and Returns
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. You must ensure your address is accurate when checking out. We will not be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address if you provide an incorrect or inadequate address when checking out.
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).
If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
Items advertised are in stock unless otherwise stated. We aim to send items within 5 working days of receiving your order.
Pre order items are specified on the website and will be despatched as soon as those items arrive with us. Payment for pre order items is required on pre order. We will always keep you updated with regard to the status of your pre-ordered item.
We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any products at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from delivery.
We charge a flat fee of £4.95 for delivery to mainland UK.
Delivery to the Highlands and parts of Ireland is more expensive to us and is £9.95 When checking out, you may choose either Highlands or Northern Ireland and the postage will be calculated for you- if the incorrect postage rate is chosen, we will not ship your order and will cancel and refund the order.
Orders placed after 2.00 pm will be fulfilled on the following working day.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be fulfilled on the next working day.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us in an unused and re-sellable condition within 21 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price including the original postage cost. You are required to pay the return postage costs. If the items is faulty then we will refund your return postage cost to you.
In the unfortunate event that goods are received damaged you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will not be held responsible for damages reported after this time. Once we accept your return, you will be refunded or the goods will be replaced as you wish. You must keep the original packaging and send to us by email a photograph of the damage so that we may claim from our postal carrier.
You must ensure the parcel is packaged adequately to ensure that the goods are not damaged in return transit to us. If you return undamaged items to us inadequately protected and packaged and we receive them damaged we may not be able to exchange or refund you.
We recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service. Please ensure you keep the receipt or proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
All prices shown on our website are correct at the time of publication. Prices are in pounds sterling and are not subject to VAT. Prices may be changed without prior notice.
We accept payment by Credit and Debit card.
All sizes of products are approximate.
